As the Qualifying Broker for Resurgens Residential, Greg assists home buyers and real estate investors in their search for, and financing, acquisition, development, management, and resale of single-family homes, multi-family buildings, condominiums, and vacant land in and around the Greater Atlanta Area. Greg also actively supports all of Resurgens Residential's licensed agents as they support their clients in similar transactions.
As a real estate attorney, Greg focuses his law practice on complex multi-million dollar commercial real estate procurement, development, and management initiatives; as well as residential purchase, sale, and refinance transactions.As a real estate investor, Greg acquires, rehabilitates, renovates and rents single family homes and multifamily buildings - with the goal of providing quality, affordable housing for all residents. Greg has learned many many valuable lessons as he continues to build his real estate investment portfolio - all of which can be put to use for you as you pursue your next home purchase or investment opportunity.

Jacob is a Griffin, GA native and previously lived in Atlanta, GA for 12 years. He is a Recruiting Manager for an award-winning civil engineering firm which keeps him "in the know" about new construction and real estate projects in the metro Atlanta area. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and has experience in single and multi-family real estate investing.
Jacob has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, and his goal is to help other real estate investors reach their financial goals.
Jacob enjoys running, disc golf, and spending time with his wife and two kids. He is an avid Atlanta Braves and UGA football fan. -

Noren Salehani was born in New York but has lived in the Southeast for almost all her life. She completed the Physician Assistant Degree from Yale University in 2014 but has also pursued other endeavors outside of medicine. These interests incorporate her passion for art, home décor, & entrepreneurship. Her background in medicine allows her to diligently accomplish tasks and use her interpersonal skills to benefit her clients Her family comes from generations of self-made business men and women, and she herself has been president of Future Business Leaders of America. Therefore, it was only fitting that Noren also pursue her business interests.
